Booking Woodstock Coterie ensures use of both the downstairs and mezzanine inside areas, the paved courtyard, verandahs and extensive lawns and native gardens. The Coterie offers a totally flexible space in an ideal setting for any special event or conference.

Personalised menus, individually created between client and chef, take into account food preferences, budgets and seasonal produce. Menu styles include cocktail, buffet and extensive a-la-carte.

The full range of Woodstock Wines are offered. Bottled beer, sparkling wines and a large range of spirits, liqueurs and soft drinks are also served. Corkage fees are charged for 'b.y.o.' wines.

Inspection of Woodstock Coterie is welcome. Please feel free to make an appointment or simply call in, taste the wines, feel the ambience and talk about your special event. More detailed information regarding equipment hire, linen, flowers, ceremonies, seating and bookings is available from the staff at Woodstock Winery and Coterie.

Seminars & Conferences

Enjoy a full, or half day seminar at Woodstock Winery & Coterie. The native gardens, paved courtyard and restaurant, including the mezzanine floor, are available for your exclusive use depending on the numbers. Should you need to hire equipment; arrangements can be made by our staff. Coffee is served on arrival and the facilities at Woodstock are available during the hours 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Lunch – 2 courses with choices or buffet & cheese

Morning & Afternoon Tea

Light lunch of leg ham, salad, breads, cheese & fruit

Half day (3-4 hours)

Morning or afternoon tea – coffee/tea & sweet/savoury nibbles
Bar open for purchasing of beverages

For small groups the mezzanine floor is available for exclusive use
