Scott Collett
Scott is the Proprietor, Director and Chief Winemaker at Woodstock. Scott grew up in wineries, learning his father and wine industry pioneer, Doug Collett. Drawing on his own winemaking experience since 1989, Scott follows his winemaking philosophy of creating and preserving the best flavours in generous wines. This starts in the vineyard and finishes in the tasting glass, and requires attention to detail at every stage.
