Nigel Munzberg - Executive Chef

Nigel is our Executive Chef at Woodstock Coterie. With a wealth of experience gained from a myriad of fine restaurants the likes of Magill Estate, The Salopian Inn and Grange Jetty Kiosk, he creates a well balanced contemporary Australian menu using locally sourced, fresh seasonal produce. He is ardently supported by a young and eager team in the kitchen as he continues to craft interesting and innovative dishes to complement our range of wines.

Always on a look out for new ideas, and indulging in his fervor for all types of food, Nigel dines out regularly with his partner, Louise. He confesses to happily eating anything once with the exception of lentils or pulses! For leisure, he works on his home, plays basketball and drinks ... don't we all!
