'AUDACITY' Rosé

Winemaking
Mild ripening conditions and low rainfall contribute to great flavour concentration and even ripening in our vines over the growing season. Cool evenings help retain natural acid which is an important feature in this wine style. The main building block in this wine is early picked McLaren vale Cabernet Sauvignon, providing crisp acidity and subtle fruit character. Ripe Grenache gives the wine perfumed fruit lift on the nose as well as softness and body on the palate. Shiraz and Mataro were also included to enhance the flavour profile and structure.

The Wine
Pale salmon with a hot pink hue, the Audacity Rosé expresses aromas of ripe pink Lady apple, lemon sorbet and strawberry daquiri. The palate is crisp and lively, with the smallest amount of sweetness being perfectly balanced with natural acidity, providing a refreshing and utterly more-ish finish.
