The town of Woodstock - our namesake - was declared a 'Free Borough' in 1453: a home for those living outside the traditional expectations of society.
This new wine combines a fun fruit driven Rosé with delicious textural components for a beautifully balanced sparkling.
Ripe Grenache is crushed and cold-soaked on skins for colour extraction, followed by slow fermentation to capture natural strawberry and raspberry fruit sweetness. The structure and crisp acidity is complemented with a small amount of barrel-aged Chardonnay pressings to offer a creamy mouthfeel.
