Rediscover Fortified with Woodstock

Before table wine, Australian winemakers were dedicated to the production of world-class fortifieds.

We want to bring back the celebration of this craft and share some of our cellar treasures. Using three Woodstock fortified wines, professional Mixologist, Harry Mansfield, has created a series of unique cocktail recipes, celebrating the versatility and flavours of each.

Each video takes you through a delicious and simple recipe you can recreate at home!

 

Woodstock Espresso Muscatini

 

Our Muscat MV exhibits complex raisin characters on the nose with orange zest aromas and a glimpse of Christmas pudding evident. Decadent, luscious lingering toffee and grape sweetness provides a balancing note for dark roasted coffee flavours.

Our Vintage Fortified Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 boasts flavours of rich ripe black cherries, blackcurrant fruit pastilles and underlying spices of nutmeg, cinnamon and hints of mocha.

Woodstock Tawny Negroni

 

Our 'Old Fortified' Tawny Style is medium amber in colour with aromas of caramel, figs and hints of cinnamon. Intense, luscious flavours with persistent nutty caramel aftertaste. Fine spirit characters balance the sweetness producing an elegant and lengthy finish.
