Stocks Society Events
Our events are not to be missed, hosted by the winemakers and team both at WOODSTOCK and at our favourite restaurants in Adelaide and around Australia. These events are much more than your average wine dinners, all the WOODSTOCK favourites being poured, live music, museum release wines, guest chef's and entertaining stories. Wine is meant to be fun, which is why we love hosting events and sharing great food, delicious wine and the best of company with our members!
Ongoing Benefits
We love rewarding our members with 15% off all purchases, free shipping on orders of 6 or more bottles anywhere in Australia* and complementary tastings and wine when visiting us. We also have special member only case deals, museum wines and limited release offers .
Terms & Conditions
By joining the Stocks Society you are agreeing to receive a minimum of two or four shipments of wine annually. The Stocks Society membership is for an initial 12 month term and will automatically renew each term unless otherwise notified.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. By entering and confirming payment details you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older.
By joining the Stocks Society and providing yor contact details you acknowledge that you may be contacted by email or telephone regarding your membership and other offers from Woodstock Wine.
Suspending your membership
You may choose to suspend your subscription or skip an allocation. Please let us know at least 14 days before payment is due for your allocation. Your membership will automatically renew on the next allocation date unless otherwise requested in accordance with the Stocks Society Terms & Conditions. Requests to skip an allocation or suspend your account may be made either via phone (08) 8383 0156 or via email wine@woodstockwine.com.au.
Cancellation of membership
If you wish to cancel your Stocks Society membership please notify Woodstock Wine via email wine@woodstockwine.com.au at least 14 days prior to your next delivery. You will then receive a confirmation of your cancellation via an email from Woodstock. Cancellations requested within 14 days of your next delivery may not be processed until after the allocation.
You will receive an email 7 days before your nominated credit card is charged, confirming the renewal of your membership, the amount that will be charged and the shipping address on file. Any required changes to your allocation can be made to your account either online, via email wine@woodstockwine.com.au or by calling Woodstock on (08) 8383 0156.
Custom Packs
Your designated credit card will be charged upon signing up to the Stocks Society unless an alternate start date is specified. Your credit card will then be charged on the anniversary of your renewal date (either quarterly or biannually).
Curated Packs
When signing up to a curated pack your credit card will be charged on the 15th of the next shipping month.
Shipping
Your wine will be packed and shipped once your nominated credit card has been debited. Delivery is generally received within 1-3 weeks. All orders are shipped with Australia Post unless otherwise specified.
*Certain suburbs and postcodes may be excluded from the free shipping benefit, in any such case we will make contact to discuss alternate arrangements.
