Our Cellar Door Special Release is here! Cabernet Sauvignon is a Woodstock favourite, marrying lush dark berries with approachable body and soft yet lingering tannins.

Winemakers Peter and Scott Collett crafted the Cellar Door Special Release 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon to provide our customers with a delicious red wine at an every day drinking price. 

Made from estate grown fruit, this typical expression of McLaren Vale has lifted varietal notes of blackcurrants, sweet black plums and tomato leaf on the nose, soft and fruit driven with hints of mint chocolate on the palate, complemented with structured and elegant tannins. Enjoy with perfectly seared steaks, slow cooked lamb moussaka or a hearty mushroom ragout.
